Consultation (One-Hour Complimentary)
We will set up a convenient time to meet and discuss
details of your project. This will give both your
organisation and ourselves a much better idea of
expectations and goals for your web project.
After our meeting, we will provide an estimate with
specific details, projected timelines, and cost
information. At this point, we will need a 1/2 down
payment and the signed estimate as a contract of
services to initiate your web project.
Phase I: Prototype & Specifications
During this phase, we are conceptualizing,
designing, and testing possible implementations for
your web project. We are creating the concept (look,
feel, and tone supporting the content), providing at
least two different visual proofs to choose from
(homepage and sub page for each), and putting
together the site architecture with general contents
of each page.
Upon approval of the Prototype and Specifications,
we start building the project and add-in the
contents.
Phase II: Production, Testing, Editing
This is where we execute the prototype and actually
build the web site. This stage includes all the
graphics creation, html coding, and other scripting
that is necessary to add the functionality to your
site. During this phase, you will have a working
site to proof, test, and make edits to.
Phase III: Delivery
When the site is ready for launch, we require the
last 1/2 payment before uploading to your URL
address and providing the site and artwork to you on
a CD-ROM.
