We will be discussing what your objective are
for your website and then put it into a clear
and understandable proposal. All layout,
features, cost, and timeframes will be laid out
on the proposal. |

How long will it take
for you to build my website? |

That depends on how extensive
your website is, how many features you want on
your website and how much content we can gather
from you. The average time frame for a 10 page
static website is 2 weeks. |

What are some of my
responsibilities in my website design project? |
|

Provide us with the content.
Content is the following: all brochures, logos,
company colors, marketing pieces, "about us" and
company "mission statements", pictures of
business/ products, a list and description of
all products/services provided by your company,
and contact information. |

Can I view my new website as
it is being built? |
|
|
Yes. Your website will be
available to view throughout the design stages.
You will receive a "preview address" to view
your website as it is being developed. |

Can we request parts of your
services and not the whole package? |

Of course we would love
implement a total turnkey project for you but we
understand that it doesn't always happen that
way. We are more than willing to discuss and
offer our services for a part of your Internet
venture. |

Can't I just do this myself? |
|

Yes, software is available.
However, for most people, the learning curve is
steep and the results often do not meet
expectations. At the end of the day, you want a
site that is fully functional and professional
in appearance. When you value your time and

Do you offer Intranet
services? |
|

Yes, we do. Put simply, setting
up an Intranet network and server is similar to
setting up an Internet server. The difference is
that the former applies to a network within the
company. We would like to mention however, our
business focus remains help our clients create
new business over the Internet. |

How much do you require down? |
|
|
We require 1/2 down payment and
the signed estimate as a contract of services to
initiate your web project. For complex project,
we require minimum 1/3 of your estimated project
costs as a down payment. |

How much does a web site
cost? |
|
|
This answer varies depending
on the size and scope of your project, and what
type of interactivity and programming it will
require. A "brochure" web site with mostly html
and graphics will be less expensive than an
interactive web site that connects with a
database.

Yes. Tools such as e-mail,
faxes, telephones, and delivery services such as
the post office and FedEx allow us to do
business with virtually anyone, anytime,
anywhere. |
